HOW TO ORDER

For our new on-line items, just click on the BUY IT NOW button and follow the instructions. The item will be added to your shopping basket. You can place as many items in your shopping basket as you like and pay for them all at the end. Please follow the instructions on the screen.   (Please note, payment is made through Paypal. You will have the option to open an account with Paypal or just make a one-off payment for your items.) If you have any questions about this, please contact Anita via email or tel: 01524 761725

Send us an email including:

1) which items you require

2) the colour and size where relevant (see the item description)

3) any special requirements (e.g. delivery by a certain date, gift wrapping)

4) the country you would like delivery to (we can post to anywhere in the world)

5) If you would prefer second class delivery (cheaper, but slower)

We will then email you back with the total cost of your order including postage and packaging costs, and details of how to pay.

PAYMENT

We accept cheques, postal orders or payment via Paypal.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

Postage and packing is included in the price (unless otherwise stated) to mainland UK destinations only. Overseas buyers, please contact us for shipping/delivery costs. If you are buying 10 items or more, please contact us for a discount on postage and packing. 

For bespoke items you will be quoted for postage and packaging separately.

REFUNDS

If you are not completely happy with your item, you may send it back for a full refund. (Sorry, but we can't pay your postage for returning an item unless it is faulty or you have been sent an incorrect item). Please follow the instructions in our Terms and Conditions below.

 

Terms and Conditions

UK CUSTOMERS.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ("the Regulations"), UK customers have the right to cancel an order placed with us within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of the goods.  This does not include items that have been personalised or made to your specifications; items that you have unsealed; or cost of carriage. The Regulations are designed to protect consumers when buying products by mail order or over the internet as opposed to in person in a shop.

To cancel an order under the Regulations you must notify us in writing by first-class post, fax, or E-mail, quoting your name, address and contact telephone number. Our Company Details and address for postal notification of cancellation, any written complaints, and for returning goods is:

The effect of the Regulations is to allow a UK customer to withdraw from the contract as if it had not been made. However, there are certain important conditions and limitations. Please read them carefully. These are:-

ANY GOODS RETURNED TO US ARE NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL DELIVERED TO OUR STATED ADDRESS. WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.

We therefore recommend that you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery or other insured and tracked delivery services to return goods to us. This service is available from any Post Office, and provides a guaranteed next working day delivery, with a signed receipt, plus insurance of up to £250, for a very reasonable cost.

Please contact us to discuss a possible return BEFORE you send anything to us.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

When you order goods from us, or otherwise give us personal information, Lakeland Fragrances Ltd. will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions listed below.
